Gathered in my small kitchen, we plugged in the live TV, the young people were tense. I went to the gym but they were waiting, they looked worried. Many of their friends around them did not want to vote. . The aperitif result was perfect, that’s what we needed. Finger food. We nibbled and drank cider while listening to the news. Only French speakers were there the rest of the class sent FB messages worrying about the possibility of returning to France.
When the result is announced: a bottle of sparkling wine for champagne, no tears, joy!

The gazelle crunches Norway
Norway, whose Viking name meant “the way to the north” (Nordvegr) is independent of the Danish yoke since 1905.
A bit of history
In Stavanger there are 100,000 inhabitants and it is is the third largest city in Norway, after Oslo and Bergen. Originally, but not that long ago, that is to say in the 1960s, Stavanger was only a fishing port
in wood (classified) all white dating from the 18th and 19th century, built in small sloping streets, all converge towards the port. It is in this district of small flowered houses that you can visit the sardine cannery museum! The picturesque little town center unfolds around the port and its magnificent boats, the streets and alleys are cobbled.
An amazing climate
